Unlike most other Gyms, at Thabong, this will be a FREE service and there is no limit to how many programs, or adjustments, you would like us to make.
Monthly Progress Tracking
Another FREE service available at the Thabong Slater Gym, will be Monthly Progress Tracking.
Results are the name of the game, and keeping track of your progress is essential. The Thabong staff will always be available to take your measurements, your weight and check your BMI.
